Distance sales agreement

Buyer: the person or company identified by the name and e-mail used to register on MakeCatalogs.

Subject

This agreement covers the distance sale of a MakeCatalogs software subscription (catalogs, price lists, QR menus) and its electronic delivery. Limits and prices are those shown at purchase, in Turkish Lira unless stated otherwise. Listed prices on the Turkish site exclude VAT; card checkout in Turkey adds the VAT rate shown on the site. Sales on non-Turkish language storefronts are charged with 0% VAT.

Payment and performance

Payment is collected by PayTR. Card data is not stored on the seller’s servers. The service is performed immediately when payment is confirmed. Refunds follow the cancellation and refunds page (no refund after activation).

Law

The contract is formed when you confirm registration or payment. Consumer disputes: consumer arbitration committees / courts; commercial buyers: courts and enforcement offices in Bursa, Turkey.
